Still waiting on the store to call my wife about the furniture we bought. Called over 2 weeks ago about our furniture. Bought the insurance or whatever they call it. Customer Service stinks. Still waiting next step BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Was met at the door. Very friendly staff person. She spent a lot of time with us. Even went into the warehouse and bought out the type of recliner that we really wanted to buy cause they had none on the showroom floor. She got prices on different items that we are interested in. We ordered two recliners and they had them in stock so in 4 days we had. So far we are very pleased with them. They are very comfortable and were affordable. The only reason I'm not giving a five star is I feel the delivery fee is a little steep especially when you are buying the product from your local store. I could have ordered the recliners online and gotten free shipping. Will know next time. That's why so many stores are going out business and everything is going to the internet. Just really cheaper and more convenient.
Customer service sucks. I bought a bedroom suit from them, and when they delivered it the foundation made the bed really tall. The delivery guy said they would order a low profile one at no extra cost and it would be here in a few days. I called them 9 days later and they can't even find my file. I seriously doubt they ever orderd the low profile foundation. I won't be doing any more business with them.
