i have never had such great customer service. Josh was so helpful with our search for a new dresser. We ended up ordering online, and we got a call as soon as it arrived. Josh seemed to really care about his career at Ashley home furniture store. When we went to pick up the dresser, I was lucky enough to walk in when a 1/2 price sale was going on ! The deals at this store are amazing and the have such beautiful furniture. It is an understatement to say that Josh made our experience perfect. From the moment, I walked in he greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. 5/5 !!!

I was shopping for a mattress and I had Stephanie she was extremely friendly and informative . I only had one downfall and not sure if it was because of the Black Friday sales but none of the prices where posted on the mattresses so we had to keep looking it up. Hands down still a great experience.
I went "window shopping" and ended up buying a dining room set, kitchen island, hutch, dresser, and a sectional couch with an ottoman! Jonathan was AMAZING! He was so patient--I changed my mind on the sectional I wanted after he had the paperwork done and he had to redo it! He is such a knowledgeable and courteous young man!
