I want to like this place, but after Bo passed, I cannot bring myself to go back. I loved that dog more than I love anything else on this planet. Some of the staff seem great, but there's a few that seem like they would rather be somewhere else.
I absolutely loved Dr. Williams! However, with his passing, this clinic has changed drastically. I took my cat in for an eye infection, and he was diagnosed with a heart condition and placed on medication. Unhappy with the care he received, I took him to an EXCELLENT vet in Huntsville for a second opinion. She performed a thorough exam on him, including cardiac tests, and determined that he had nothing wrong with his heart! These findings were supported by a veterinarian cardiologist. Had my cat remained on the medication prescribed by Williams Clinic, his health would have seriously deteriorated. I would not put my trust in them to take care of a beloved member of my family.
I previously loved William's Animal Clinic while Dr. Williams was there. However, the new vet diagnosed my dog incorrectly and put him on unnecessary medication with bad long term side effects. The medication was also very expensive. I thought it was odd because Rocky seemed like a perfectly healthy 6 year old boy. We were only there to get his yearly shots. Thankfully, I got more veterinary opinions and stopped giving Rocky the medication before it did any harm. I have since switched vets and don't plan to go back.
I take all my pets to Williams. I have three dogs and four cats. They practice good medicine...meaning they actually care about what is making my animals feel bad. Good, thorough exams, giving me the opportunity to make the best decision about what to do for my pets.
I absolutely love this clinic! Great staff and they took great care of my pup Uther! They also gave me a huge bag of free stuff including puppy food, toys, and other necessities that he would need. I would highly recommend bringing ur fur baby here!
