I love Dairy Queen Blizzards but I won't be back to this location any time soon. The problem wasn't with the food it was with the fact that the guy cooking and assembling orders didn't have a hair net on his head or over his facial hair. Even worse, he never had gloves on his hands at any point, from pulling the order ticket to touching uncooked food, cooking, assembling orders and sending product to front line. My daughter and I also never witnessed him wash his hands before, during or after all that. Take a peek at the person/people working on back line and check for gloves, etc. before placing your order. That's a good idea anywhere.
We went as a large group and the service was more than we could have asked for, simply wonderful. I was astonished at how fast they got through the large crowds orders while also quickly getting food out to the people who had already ordered. An over all wonderful experience, I will be returning here.
I don't like to write bad reviews...
But we have been here a handful of times (3 or 4), usually in the evening, and have not yet had a good experience (either the restaurant is really dirty or the wait is longer than 10 minutes for a simple order at an off-peak time). After tonight, probably won't go back.
Nothing really fancy, just crappy fattening food and fake ice cream. At the time I visited this place was a little trashy.
Food not great. Not your typical DQ. Only good thing was the strawberry milkshake. This particular DQ needs a good overhaul!!!
