My opinion, avoid them and try somewhere else.
They were incredible .. Beautiful people very attentive and comforting to our family loosing our mother .
They are all about getting the service but once they have your $ how quickly rude and unhelpful they become. Telephone customer service is awful, they did NOT follow wishes we had as far as putting socks on (even after specifically asking and bringing specifically to funeral home.
