We have used Arnold's many times to find parts that we could not find elsewhere. Not sure who the others spoke to or dealt with, but we have never had a problem. Great folks, great prices.
Only problem I had is them not shipping my motor wen they were supposed to didn't preciate that at all I need my car fixed badly
Todd told me i could return wheels and tires purchased from the salvage yard since my car was not there and he was unsure if they would fit. Drove 45 minutes to "Aronalds" where they refused to honor their word or recpiet of refund. They lied and said i showed out... When i only asked to be treated fairly futhermore they threatened to call the police on me for asking that they keep their word. Basically their liars and shady business men. I'll see them in COURT!!!
Lady that answers the phone is absolutely rude and unprofessional! Very poor customer service.
We took our Audi and they reasonably fixed it.We got it home on Friday evening and noticed the center hub was missing.We called back Monday to see if they had maybe just forgotten to put it back on.The gentleman was dishonest and told my husband they didn't even remove the tire.I drove by there several times to see if the were working on it and for days I saw my car in the front bay on the lift with my tire missing.It could have very well not have been snapped back on and fell off after we received the car back.Just don't appreciate being lied to.
