My car was at the Quicklane for an oil change and tire rotation. I got a call and they told me my car was ready. They told me that I had a bad cell in my battery. I was ready to tell them to replace it and I remembered my car was still under factory warranty and told them not to do it. They showed me the ticket it said the battery was bad. I took the car to the Subaru dealer and they kept it all day and tested it twice. It was OK. The dealer told me to tell Quicklane to the put the meter on the proper scale the next time. I also got the battery tested at the O'Reilly's and the battery was OK. The manager at Quicklane was kind of arrogant when I said either your people are incompetent or you thought I was stupid. He said he did not appreciate the comment.I recommended that they train their people on the proper use of a battery tester. Later he called me back and said he did not want my business because I insulted them. I feel that Quick lane was trying to sell me something I did not need! I will never go there again.
