Excellent food and service. The salad bar seems small but feeds big with lots of variety. Candied walnuts and Parmesan crisps are just two examples of items not found on most salad bars. The Parmesan chicken pasta was tasty and ample. The California pasta with chicken has an excellent lemon butter sauce. Alas, the cheesy biscuits are no more and they were missed. This could be the best place to eat in Scottsboro.

I am drawn to the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays. I always convince myself that I want to eat here. The entrees are not a good as the price would suggest. They do have an incredible salad bar, and the ruby relaxer is exactly as the name implies.
Also, unless you are geriatric expect waitstaff to ignore you.
So this place is so mediocre like most chains. This time food was burnt. Will not go back. Salad bar was kinda sketchy.
Salad bar is good except for broccoli.

This is one of my wife's and my favorite place to eat in Scottsboro. Food is well prepared and the staff is friendly. Excellent Salad Bar.
Be wary of steaks and burgers. Cook did not understand different levels of doneness. A medium well steak came out bloody and rare twice.
Next time I will just get the salad bar.
